How do I get started?

Please fill out our contact form, email or call/text us directly at 267-981-4929. Give us a description of your needs and we will be in touch shortly! Once we determine we have availability to meet your needs we will send you a link to our online registration. You will have the opportunity to review and e-sign our service agreement and fill out a client profile and a profile for each pet. Once completed we will be back in touch to set up your in home consultation.

What services do you offer?

In your home cat and dog sitting, mid-day potty breaks for dogs and puppies, parrot sitting, overnight pet sitting and small animal pet sitting.

How do you handle keys?

We utilize lockboxes for keys so the keys remain on the property. This allows us to seamlessly switch out a team member should your assigned sitter become ill or have an emergency. Alternatively we can also use door codes or garage codes.

What areas do you service?

Our service area covers most of the Lower Bucks County area including Levittown, Langhorne, Penndel, Fairless Hills, Bristol, Morrisville, Yardley and Lower Makefield, Newtown, Feasterville, Warminster,  Southampton, Holland and Richboro.

What pets do you care for?

Dogs, cats, small caged animals, exotic pets and birds. We also care for outside pets such as chickens and koi ponds.

What are your rates?

Rates start at $24 for dog walking and $24 for cat sitting. Dog sitting starts at $24 per visit. Please let us know what area you live in and how many pets you have in the contact form to receive a customized quote.

How do I pay for service?

We accept all major credit cards and you can pay online. We also accept Apple Pay. We do not accept cash or personal checks.

Are you sitters and pet sitters insured, bonded and background checked

Absolutely. All sitters and dog walkers are thoroughly background checked, references checked and work history verified. All team members are fully insured and bonded. 

Do you have pet CPR/first aid training?

Yes.

Is The Pet Nanny certified?

The owner and founder of The Pet Nanny has received certification in all areas of pet care and ethical business practices from Pet Sitters International. We are also Fear Free certified.

Are you a chain or franchise?

No, we are the one and only official Pet Nanny and Dog Walker LLC!
