We are so thankful to have found Tess and her team several years ago. They are just fantastic. We get pictures when we are away so we can see our kittys and read about how they are doing. We can see in the pictures that our kittys are so comfortable with them including the older gal who is not too well and very cranky. Yet she looks totally relaxed. Tess and her team go out of the way to learn what works with each cat. They are also totally professional and show respect for our home. This may be a cat sitting service but we feel like they are friends coming in to help. Thank you….Louisa and Paul
