One of the questions I’m often asked is “how does this work?” If you are reading this, you have made the first step! You have already found a professional pet sitting service. It’s best to check the service area to be sure we cover your town. If in doubt you can call or email to confirm.
Let’s say you are in our service area…great! The next step is telling us what your needs are. If you have specific dates, have them handy. Tell us briefly about your pets and how many visits you think you’ll need. Not sure? What I generally recommend is three visits a day for dogs, four if they are seniors, puppies or have a health condition where they need to potty more often. For kitties we recommend at least one visit a day, twice for seniors, special needs and kittens. Cats that eat canned food can also benefit from twice a day visits.
After I have received all of your information I will then send you an email with a link to read through our Policies and Prodedures and fill out an online Pet Profile. We will also set up a meet and greet at your home. At that time either I or a member of my team will meet you and your pets, see where their food, leash, litter box etc. is kept. We will also pick up a key and go over any security code information. If you want us to pick up your mail, newspapers or water plants please let us know at that time.
